The description says it's broken, but it just doesn't have bluetooth or wifi (which you should have from your previous wii) or no power (probably fixable with custom regulators) and hey its 15$ what can go wrong. Good luck.

Do not buy this. It's bricked and cannot be fixed.

Oh sorry, don't buy it. I just read the eBay description, not the description below.

Edit:

if no one bids on this one you might have a working wii for 8$

I'm just posting what I find to help, good luck.

Edit 2:
You probably have a higher chance with this one since it does work but you won't need the disc drive (which according to the description is dead)

Black one for $9,50:

Thank you for taking your time :) I hope I don't find any stripped screws like the first one I had though, but wait that black one had $16 shipping!?!

16$.. I thought it was cheap within the us. It says 45$ on everything for me because I'm in Europe but still 16$ is a lot to ship a wii.
Oh, and if you find a stripped screw, most of the time you can just drill trough and it won't hurt if you don't drill too deep. Still depends on where the screw is stripped.

The motherboard by itself is cheap 24$

That's true, but I find it easier to just search for black wii. It will probably get you more results then when you search for 4 layer wii motherboard or wii motherboard cpu 40.

So Im thinking about going to the Sl68, 2 as a matter of fact, if I destroy the ZN45 case I hope I can get hinges for the sl68 cases so it's like a ds lite almost. Any ideas?

My advice is to not do a ds lite style one. It presents a lot more problems and obstacles than it first looks like lol. It's harder than it looks and won't be as sturdy as if it were one solid piece of plastic.

Clamshell cases are really, really hard. Don't try a clamshell on your first time or you will be pretty miserable.

Advice taken, will a 5 inch screen fit in the sl68 case or no? I'm thinking about going to a pocket size portable, but I will just do 1 (if possible).

You can determine that for yourself by using displaywars and the dimensions on polycase's website. You could fit the screen, but you wouldn't have room for controls. I know for a fact that a 5" widescreen on a pocketable portable is certainly possible though, but not from a polycase.

Thanks! I'll probably just go with a ZN45 case.

:(

Anyway I agree, clamshell makes everything harder and you will most likely end up with a thicker portable

Should I just do a sl68 or ZN40?

Do whatever fits best for you. It's your portable, not ours. Take all the dimensions of your parts and make a possible layout placement for them. Once you got that you can decide what case to use

This very much. Otherwise you'll end up like me and go through 4 different cases trying to find one that fits everything AND looks presentable.

Hi, does anyone have a link to the GBA carrying case? I can't seem to find one on Ebay.

Their popularity makes them hard to find. I can't find any stock on ebay or amazon.
