My project is running off of a stock Wii power supply (12v, 3.7A) and I was wondering if that would be enough to run the Wii plus a few other things attached.

What it’s supposed to power:
7inch screen,
12v fan 60mm,
Usb drive,
Sd card,
Wii while playing games,
Wii to hdmi,
And maybe an hdmi splitter.

Questions:
How many amps does the Wii draw while playing GameCube games and Wii games?
&
Will the Wii power supply be sufficient?

The Wii power supply has overcurrent protection, so it'll shut off if too much current is drawn. You could try measuring the current of each item individually and add them up, or just try it and see what happens. I doubt you would go over though, the Wii power supply has quite a bit of headroom.
