This information is not in the guide hub. A 4 layer Wii on custom regulators draws 5.5-6 watts. This number does not include inefficiencies of the regulators, and is based off the current being drawn from my bench-top power supplies when powering each of the voltage lines on the board directly. Expect a portable using a 4 layer board to use about 10 watts, and to get about 1 hour of battery per Panasonic NCR18650 cell you use.
