Worklog PS2RP

The big issue for the distribution is Copyright and the lvds pinout, which in my view is holding back the development. I have 5 LCDs with 50 pins and each one needed some kind of adaptation in the code to recognize it. Maybe here is the biggest challenge to have only 1 firmware.

Can I use a regular Dualshock 2 board for the controller? How do I connect the controller to the motherboard?

Man you're gonna have to make your own compendium for the 9000x version!! How are your hands BTW? When I started doing the 79001 back in the day I got awful blisters from the sanding

No bubbles for now. But one side is still missing. As soon as I take a break, But it is more to support someone who wants to map the trails ... because I don’t think to do it for now.

Hello, vpu make a shared folder available on the drive, with the scans of the 90006 card, as I proceed with the sanding, I will put it.

Hello, the game is semi finished.
I'm going to print a new case in the future, maybe in resin, as I didn't like the position of the left analog so much, otherwise it's great for me.

I believe I can improve the build even more, but it takes a lot of time and the real thing that the PS2 irritated me with weird things in the process ;D

Before printing the new case, I'm testing it well so I don't have problems with the buttons, today the left analog needs to be moved a little more to the right and the action buttons approximated

I recommend seeing in 4k\:

Hi, I'm posting my project, provisionally called PS2RP. I am using a box, similar to the Switch, which is a common case to use with a rasperberry. Possibly I use a translator, so I'm sorry for mistakes in writing and grammar.

Specifications:
• 7 "TFT Chinese LCD 800x600

In tests I have identified that the brightness and the viewing angle of this screen is horrible, I will change soon.

• Generic PS2 control
• 2x tablet batteries for use in series ~ 7,4v
• Stereo Sound
• Headphone output
• Freeboot on the memory card
• Games uploaded by Orange Pi Zero Plus
• Cut-out 79xxx GH-061-12 board

Some points have not yet been defined, such as the BMS and the type of connection to the screen.
My option would be VGA, but I could not make the connection yet, even taking the H and V points from the motherboard, the screen did not display. In this case I believe they can help me without the synchrony should not display the image in green at least?

Thank you all for the great work on the guides.
Hi Cláudio! Could you share the modification of the firmware that you modified from the RTD 2660 to support the component video signal as well as the modifications to the board necessary to obtain the modification?

Me too.. I have a portable 8" enclosed LCD with a RTD2660 controller. It has HDMI, VGA, 2AV and "DVI" although there is no input port for that. I think I can modify it or use it by wiring in component signal. Could you share more information on how you accomplished to get YPbPr input on the RTD2660?

Unfortunately, the source code available in the GitHub repositories is incomplete. And the distribution is protected. I'll see if I can rewrite the code using a similar approach when I have time.
