I'm planning to sell my less than an hour used screen which was supposed to be for my PS2p but I end up buying another screen (Dalian Screen) because the VGA does not support my PS2 because it's 31 kHz

The Innulox screen and the Dalian screen are exactly the same screen with different brands on them. That's the screen @Gman uses in his ps2 portable.

Different firmware too most likely. Earlier, larger versions of that driver board do support 15KHz VGA input. Odd that the V6 doesn't.

I'm still not fully convinced it wasn't your wiring to be honest
