Yes. My understanding is @xck created the portable, then sold the design to another Chinese company who wanted to produce them. They use untrimmed PS2 boards so they are large, but low labor.

Yeah I was very curious about it, spec wise you don't get much from the aliexpress page. At least not from the very quick glance i took at it lol
