The highest capacity 18650 currently obtainable by us casuals is the Green Panasonic NCR18650B. It has 3400mah.
LG makes a purple one with 3400 that has comparable capacity, but are more difficult to obtain.
Sanyo makes a red cell with almost 3400mah that is almost as good.
The only higher capacity one is the 3600mah Panasonic NCR18650G, which is impossible to obtain because tesla has them on back order forever.

Dat gigafactory tho...

depending on what capacity these truly are, if they aren't salvagable, I'll most likely be attempting to find some 3400s to use as the power source for my Gamecube Laptop, and then after my first wii portable.

The Gamecube Has Much To Offer, And So Be It, I Wish To Play It On The Go, I Am Not Competent Enough To Fully Build A Handheld Cube, Much Less A HandCube That Includes A Wii DD And The GBP. In Order To Create As I Wish It To Be, With All That I Wish To Reside Within, I Must Have The Appropriate Space, And The Laptop Form Factor Will Give Me This.

Are these batteries good for portables? :?:

Yes! This one probably has 4 2800 mAh li-ion cells. The easiest way is probably to crack it open and get the cells from it

Alright :D ill gonna go ahead and get these n upload some pics of the internal

No wait, I thought you already had it and wanted to use it. Why don't you get directly single cells?
