Can somebody help me make a wii portable? i am a begginer and need a budget of $100CAN

We can't help you if you can't help yourself. There are guides and worklogs all over the forum to help you get started. Your best place to start is to read as much as you can, and once you reach a point where you feel like you hit a brick wall, thats where you start asking for help.

The thing about making portables is that we can't spoon feed you because you need to understand what's going on in order to make everything come together. As Shank said, read over the guides and check out some worklogs to get a feel for what you'll be getting into. Also, if you haven't modded anything before I wouldn't jump feet first in. Take the opportunity to learn proper soldering techniques as they'll help you immensely.
