Hi guys
So i am scraping parts and I just came by this now... What is the cheapest place you know to get PTH08080W regulators? The cheapest I could find was this, ~5$ per regulator:

Hit me up if you can find any cheaper place to get it while not taking a month to ship.

The cheapest I could find was on ebay and it came out to around $7 per regulator. They took about a week to get here. Here's the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/152358754512

That's quite cheap, 2$ for 3 weeks less shipping time. I already received mine, but payed ~15$ per regulator. That's why I made this thread, so I can save money in the future. Maybe we should add them to the BOM?
edit: wait I just checked it and there already is a listing for 8$

It's probably only useful for people in Europe but hey... 2 euros is a lot less then what you pay on eBay to ship everything, and it's just 8 euros per regulator. This would've saved me ~ 20 euros...

Je kan ook op RS kijken. Zijn redelijk goedkoop vergeleken met andere suppliers!

Ja, klopt. Ik had ze al veel eerder besteld en heb ze al, maar wilde gewoon weten voor volgende projecten. Ik heb nu via aliexpress 8 regulators besteld voor ~ 5 euro per stuk, en die komen binnenkort binnen. Ik post hier dan of ze legit zijn en hoe goed ze werken.

Translation: Yeah, you're right. I already ordered them way back and already have them, this thread was just for future projects. I just ordered 8 regulators via the aliexpress link above for ~ 5 euros a piece, and will report back later if they are legit.

Nope. Never got the regs in the end so couldnt test them, sorry. Got a refund tho, so not all bad.
