You're going to need to solder the wires directly to the U10 legs and then stick it to the PCB with some tape or something. No way to recover that damage

The guide has a red 3.3v and a orange 3.3v does it matter which one I solder it to?

Orange 3.3v? 3.3v is only meant to be red, orange is 5v. Which image has 3.3v in orange? That needs to be fixed.

And to answer your question, any red 3.3v spot is fine. They're all interconnected on 4 layer boards

Right, I see where the misunderstanding is. There is no orange 3.3v highlight, that's just the colour of that capacitor. The text was placed there because if it was on the left side it could cause confusion with the ground plane
