I trimmed my wii and sanded the hell out of it but it still has shorts I had tape over everthing while trimming. Im reading these ressitances:
1v to Ground: 0.7Ohm
1.15 to Ground: 75.8Ohm
1.8 to Ground: 37.1Ohm
3.3 to Ground: 1.5Ohm

There are no visible shorts between the layers and I sanded up to a 2000 Grit

It seems like you may not be using your multimeter correctly; can you send pictures of your meter? If it's not auto range, you'll have to manually set the range (which should differ between measuring the different voltage line resistances). Also, send a pic of your trim.

Its manually. I had set it on 200ohms and for 3.3 on 20k will upload pics soon

Here pics of the trim
Couldn't get good shots of the sanding but its really smooth
Any help is appreciated

Could it be that the board is just dead? I know it had some voltages issues with the on board regulators which is why I wanted to use it with custom regs.

I'd give the whole thing a good scrubdown with 99% isopropyl alcohol and a soft bristled toothbrush. Might be a transient short from hairline copper debris
