Question Wii Portable Battery

So I discovered that you can buy "18650" 3.7V Li-ion cells (5800mah/per cell apparently) for really cheap here in Canada, plus they're quite small. Four of them wired in series can supply 14.8V... a good amount to give to a Wii portable, no?

Wondering if any of you have done this or if it's a good idea to go with these?

18650s are listed in Gman's portablizing BOM, they're a pretty common cell. They're great for portables

Don't get those cells listed as 5800mAh, that capacity is not real. 18650 can be ~3500mAh maximum if made a good manufacturer. Get the ones listed in Gman's BOM and manufactured by Panasonic
