It's a custom title, staff can award them to people who are cool or do notable things. Like when one of Jeff's portables drove so much traffic to the forum that it crashed, or because I am Australian

Oof. And you've confirmed the u10 via on the wii side is receiving 3.3v from the PMS u10 pad?

yep I double checked its getting 3.3v and when I was at it I changed the composite location and cleaned the board but that didnt seem to fix anything.

So I am unsure of whats wrong now. After alot of troubleshooting I gave up on the board and trimmed a new wii except it had the exact same reaction as the previous wii. I cleaned the board and verified all my solder joints were fine but its still not working properly. Mind you I still can tell that this wii is booting as well from the cpu and gpu heating up. The only thing I can think of now is I may have missed a step by accident. These are all of the connections I made are any missing?
Driver board:
3.3v, gnd, av-cvbs1 (tried av-cvbs2 as well)
Pms Lite:
gnd, u10, 1.8v, 1v, 1.15v, 3.3v, btn, up, pw, charge
pms pd2:
btn, up, pw, 3.3v, charge, gnd
Wii:
3.3v, 1.8v, gnd, 1v, 1.15v, u10, composite, and rvl-ntc is attached
