Question Wii not working

Got a wii. Installed Hombrew and RVLoader. But now, when i try to connect it to my tv to test it, it wont work unless i unplug the usb drive. Then it just has a black screen that says insert usb drive. Help please.

When USB drive is removed it says:
RVLoader bootloader 00
Failed to initialize FAT FS! Is an USB drive plugged in?
Press A to boot into priiloader

I press a and nothing happens! I really hope I didn't brick it.

What USB drive are you using? And are all of your files structured correctly?

I am using a memorex 32 gig. Also I can’t tell because when i take the usb out and plug it into my computer, it says the usb drive is corrupted.

Oh, then try reformatting the USB. I've never heard of that brand, that could be an issue. A lot of people are using the Sandisk Ultra Fits with good success. Might be worth looking into.

Ok then I’ll try that. Just format it again and put the files back in?

Try with multiple different usb drives, out of 5 drives, only 3 worked for me so it's worth trying

So now, I reformatted, but now when I put it in and turn it on, it just has a black screen and says "RVLoader bootloader 00" But it wont do anything
