Question Can I wire lcd driver board straight to Wii pub?

Hey guys I have a laptop driver board that needs 12v and I’d like to just grab 12v off the Wii to negate the use of two power bricks going into my laptop Wii.

Can I just use the 12v off of the audio video line? How would I wire that in?

Just grab 12V directly from the Wii power port. Solder a wire to the positive and negative terminal of the Wii's power port and connect the positive to the two pins that say 12V on the drive board (you can just bridge the two pins) and the other to the two pins that say gnd. Easy!

Referring to your image, the bottom pin is gnd and the top pin is +12V, you can see how the traces with the text match up wtih the pins.
