It is supposed to be 3.3 v if you killed the u10 use u9 and make sure you jump the u9 pins are jumpered. USE HIGH HEAT FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. I did 3 u10 jobs and not killed them because I used hot air it should only take like 5 seconds.
