Basically, 34awg magnet (I like two colors so I can twist and differentiate, 24awg stranded wire for power rails and batteries. I like the power wire to be pvc because it holds a bend. Silicone insulation wire is nice because it doesn’t melt but it moves around like those wacky inflatable wiggly arm things at a car lot. It can be nice to go between two case halves that will be bending a lot though.
Having 30awg kynar is nice too. That stays put when you run it and it’s easy to strip with your fingernails. I also have 30/28awg silicone that I usually use for wiring the cmos battery.
