No way that's 38.

32 gauge for the majority of it. 38 gauge for usb and one controller trace where the pad was no longer.

That's absolutely beautiful dude, Ashen would be proud

Ashen is watching over me

do you want to share the 3d files?
No, it would be a hassle getting them in a better state for public release/maintaining it and quite honestly the case is pretty simple. Anyone with amateur CAD skills could replicate this.

GMAN PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Using that is definitely better than gluing the connector to the case, since you can fix it with screws

Yeah, I just really don't like sparkfun. They make a lot of very overpriced stuff, IMO. It's less about the board and more about the fact it's from sparkfun, and the way they overcharge for pretty much everything.

Why no internal pics :p
Also im a bit of a noob why is getting the vga signal directly from the board any better then just jusing one of those conversion cabmes2

Seriously, just look at the previous page if you want to see the internals...
Also any color conversion (especially if done on analog signals) always causes noise/errors. Besides a converter cable would make everything bulkier

@Gman how thick is this portable? Do you find the flat shoulder buttons a bit of a pain? Toying with flat ones myself.
