What you've done with the Xii-Boy, Pocket, and Ultra is incredible. I'm new to this forum and have gone through many workflows like yours. It really made me want to build my own portable Wii. I'm starting with 3D modeling, but I can't find the 3D files you've created, like the DS membranes.
I was wondering if you'd be willing to share your assembly files for the Xii-Boy Pocket or Ultra?

Yes, here are the ABXY and Dpad membranes
They might not be the most accurate one, but they do the job
