The last one, ps2 portable

It’s been 2 months since I completed this and I’ve made a bunch of edits to design mostly the bottom half,

I have also ordered a sls nylon housing from jjlpcb I really like the finish of the material, but kinda hard to clean it after I accidentally got some thermal paste on it.

i have also found a way better power bank that came with 2-21700 batteries they charge up to 7989 mah in 4 hours thru usb c,

the power bank can be charged with 5v =2A, 9v=2A,12v =1.5A PD 3.0. And gives me 3 hours gameplay depending on game.

Hi @Customledmods This looks so clean and well thought out, I also wanted to do one for myself and saw that you shared the files for printing this case.

If possible my friend, do you have any pictures of the internals to see how everything is organized and cabled in this design? Also are those nintendo switch v1 joysticks :O ?

USE ALL THIS INFO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IF YOUR USING GMANS PMS THERE IS NO OVERHEATING ISSUES.

This will also be my 3rd and final ps2 using this design, the design is not perfect but will work and there’s plenty of space inside for spaghetti wiring.

Im editing the bottom half so you can use the Regulator board I released made by @Mister M. Alright so I’m going to start with the top Half first since I’m still working on bottom half. I printed the top piece with supports.
