Are these acceptable? (Unconnected voltages)

5v: 4.99v
3.3v: 3.28v
1.15v: 1.193v
1v: 1.013v

1.15V seems a little high, i'd try to lower it to atleast .17
3v3 seems okay, I'd try to raise it a smol bit imo.
other than that it seems fine :)

I finished wiring regs, plugged it in, and no video. I know the u10 works because I did it before the trim. No shorts. I measured the voltage lines to the Wii, and all was well except for some reason the 1v showed 1.2v:\... Is my Wii dead?

When you say no video was there no signal or a black screen? If there was a black screen, then you need USB wired up before there will be video. Alternatively you can short the reset via to gnd to see if priiloader boots before wiring up USB to confirm the trim worked. But you should definitely figure out what's up with that 1v line first. That sounds problematic but I doubt your Wii is dead.

No video signal. I thought PortablizeMii had a menu pop up without USB... I’ll report back once I troubleshoot the 1v.

Edit: Very weird... 1v is .97v when connected to the board alone, but When it’s connected along with 3.3v and 1.15v it outputs 1.2v. I need help figuring out what’s wrong.

*When 1.15v and 1v are both connected to the Wii there are no problems

*When 1.15v and 3.3v are both connected to the Wii, 1.15v becomes 1.2v.

Perhaps there is a short between 3.3v and 1v?

I sanded a lot, and the problem still persists. It is still the 3.3v that causes the issue. There are no shorts between 3.3v and 1v/1.15v... Not really sure what to do next.

Can you show us a clear close up of the other side of the Wii?

The 2 points circled in red are connected. Is that my problem? I've already sanded my board a TON with 2000 grit sandpaper.

With 3.3v connected to the board:
1v= 1.23v
1.15= 1.86v
3.3= 3.28v

Without 3.3v connected to the board:
1v= .998v
1.15= 1.154v
3.3= 3.32v
