Problems with my Ultra Slim PS2

Hello guys. I’m running into a strange issue with my ultra slim ps2. It’s refusing to load any of my games when it literally would load my games fine (and I’m going based off of the MX4ISO compatibility list) when i first got this console in early 2025. This Ultra Slim was bought secondhand on EBay. I had CrazyGadget fix some stuff for me and add things like a LED light and sticky pods on the bottom of the console. But this is so weird. (Ex: It would have issues booting games like Crash Tag Team Racing and WWF SmackDown! Just Bring It when those games would boot just fine over a year ago.) I have zero idea what’s going on.
Please help!

What are you using to load the games? Is it the MX4SIO memory card, or the SD slot in the PS2 Ultra Slim that you have pictured above?
