Solved omgwtf trim not outputting video

I have just begun my second attempt at a wii trim and i have followed the u10 relocation and trim outline carefully, but now after wiring composite to my screen's board i get a no signal prompt on my screen. it worked with the u10 relocated and no trim before. i include several photos of wiring and voltages below. one thing to note is that the on board voltages are less. the cpu and gpu heat up gradually from what i can tell, but the gpu hets a little faster. i tried jumping the reset to ground to get to priiloader but nothing happend.

the fourteen volts is the output from my power supply to the regs.
also note that some redings are in milivolts

can you provide a reading on the 1.8v lines?

sorry i forgot to add it, but it seems to also be slightly lower

Some of them solder joints look cold, I'd chuck some flux on and reflow them.
