Solved no video out after trim

when i tried out av i get only the black and white picture :/
and the wii 2 hdmi dongle work not at all :/

That's an interesting shape, not really the same as the guide... Did you sand it at all? It looks very rough on the edges, so everything is probably shorting out. Also those power wires are really thin, you should replace them with thicker wires.
