Question Need Video Help!

I am getting ready to finish up my first build and I'm not able to get video output anymore. I was able to get video with the yellow cable just this morning. Now I've got everything wired up and ready to close things up and now I'm not able to get video at all. I do have everything wired up for VGA(I think) I feel like the information available regarding VGA is inadequate. I have Hooked up 7 9 and 11 traces to the appropriate points on my Screen Driver Board using shielded magnet wire (I am not using the expensive driver board. Just the18.99 one on 4layertec.), the H Sync and V Sync as well as I have wired 3.3v to mode. I'm not able to get picture. Any help would be appreciated.

Without a photo to inspect it's almost impossible to diagnose this kind of issue
