Not as far as I know, but it's basically just a breakout flex. If for whatever reason you can't just buy a pair of them from 4layertech.com, you could clone it and have your own fabricated pretty easily

Omega47's OmegaFlex is open source and relocates the NAND. You could edit his design to create a standalone NAND flex, or order it as-is and trim it.
