Solved Help with gcvideo dvi

This is a stupid question but can you reprogram a preprogrammed gcvideo dvi for the Wii? I'm currently working on my first Wii portable and want to use gcvideo dvi with the Wii programming but they are sold out of the un-programmed boards and preprogrammed Wii boards.

Are you talking about KNJN's Pluto2 FPGA boards?

Yes. If you buy the Pluto HDMI board, you can reprogram it using this board from KNJN according to instructions on the GitHub. You can also reprogram the EEPROM directly using methods described here or really any SPI EEPROM programmer. JTAG is an option as well, as mentioned on the GitHub, if you have all the tools for it.
