Here is my attempt at a faithful PiiWii designed and laser cut by @Shank. I'm sticking with the ideology of make it so tight you don't even need to glue it. I'm going for the challenge of 4x 18650s and created a double tact assembly that pops in and doesn't fall out. After a quick test fit, I'm fairly certain I can make it close without going through the trouble of super thinning down the action button assemblies, if not then I'll have to redo those. Also, GC+ because there is really no other option ;)

I want to keep all the original screw posts so I'll have to relocate the LDO for it to fit. Anyways, it's going smoothly so far, hoping to have it complete soon.

Nice, can't wait to see how this ends up! What revision wii will you be using?

I hate the button layout, but that GC+ wiring...

Either a 40, 60 or RVK. There is really no difference to me when trimming.

I didn't like how the Wii wasn't level so I redid the abxy assembly to make it thinner. In addition, with relocating the LDO, it closes nicely now. I am just waiting on the fan in the mail now. This last step I completed was pretty challenging, the wiring is very dense. Also I replaced the 30awg video wire in one of the pictures with a shielded wire, it was just for testing purposes.
