Question Voltage issue

I’m running into a weird problem. when not connected to the Power Mii Lite, the BMS reads 6.7 v, but when connected it only reads 1.8, when the switch is off, it reads 6.7v, and the voltage pads read nothing. b+ and b- read 7v. I have attached photos of my board as well as a crude diagram of my wiring. I have already checked that my batteries all work and that there are no shorts.

i doubt this has anything to do with your problem but your solder joints look a bit cold and there’s huge blobs. as good practice use lots of flux so that the joint ends up looking shiny, and also use enough solder than the wires are properly covered, but not so much that there’s large blobs
