Solved upgrading my pc, is possible?

so my pc has an intel xeon w3530 and an nvidia quadro 2000
what do you guys recomend me to upgrade the cpu, the gpu or everithing y thaught on upgrading to an rx 580
also is it posible to play vr in this computer? (with an upgrade)

Start by searching which chipset has your mainboard, then, search for a CPU which uses the same chipset with better specs and the same or less TPD. If you go for a higher TPD make sure that your power supply support it
