This’ll be my first build And I’m going for the G-Wii style but first I would like to thank this great community for being so generous with its knowledge to all levels of experience. I’ve been getting all the software ready and getting all the proper tools for the build. I’ve been watching the bitbuild store for a couple weeks and I see that the PSU has been out of stock the whole time. Am I better off waiting or should I start looking into the custom regulator route? Thanks for your time.

Personally, I'd wait. I was waiting about 2 months for the PS2 pms in stock. As for the RVL pms, I think the last stock was in December? If you join discord, there are stock announcements there that's how I managed to get one. Also it's worth it because of the extra features you get and how easy it is if you ask me, like charge and play and low battery indicator all built in.
