Question Noob Power Regulator Help

So I'm working on powering a wii after a trim, but I'm a noob and have limited knowledge. I've got some regulators for 5 and 3.3 volts and I'm planning on using this http://www.ebay.com/itm/USA-Seller-...hash=item23716f6690:m:mRft3SxQbM2uZUI0JXGa62g for the 1.15 and 1 volt lines. I'm a bit confused on the powering diagram. In the picture with the processor, the two pins of U4, all the vias and the bottom pad of C309 need to be given power? In the second picture next to C46 I assume the same that each component needs to be powered? They're pretty tiny, how have you guys gone about this? Or am I way overlooking something or over complicating things?

You only have to provide power to one of the spots on the trimmed board for each voltage. I would suggest the large pad next to U4, as there are no components there for the 3.3v.

HOWEVER, if you want to use bluetooth or WiFi, you also need to supply those boards with power separately.
