Me Begging for a Discord Channel ITT

Discord is super easy to use and is like a combo of Skype and TS where you can have Text and Voice Channels. Don't even need to download anything as you can use it thru a browser if you wish, and of course there's phone Apps too.

I'm old man scared of TS and I already have this so that's why I've been pushing it. All the twitch streamers I watch use Discord so it probably is the future. Super easy to set up I guess. Just a suggestion but plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

I can totally look into it. I know that several other sites use it as well. If it's something we become well adapted to I wouldn't mind removing IRC and TS to bring everyone closer together as long as most people like Discord.

Is Discord a server-client or peer-to-peer application? If it's server-client I can spin up a VM and set up a server for testing.

EDIT: Looks like Discord is one of those dumb "cloud" things where you can't host your own dedicated server. Gross.
