Does the long half or the short half of the light tube get put inside the hole?
The instructions state the long half should go in the hole, but I cannot fit it. The hole is not wide enough to fit the longer half's diameter. It is also nearly impossible to push on the tube with pliers. If I let go of the tube (with the longer half down against the hole), to then attempt pressing down with pliers, the tube will fall over or lay against the case (ruining alignment).
I am able to fit the light tube inside the hole if the shorter half goes into it. But, it does not seem to go the full distance of the hole. The instructions do not include a picture to show how far the tube should be inside the hole, which is why I am reaching out.
