I think that you have connected the resistor on the right in the wrong way. To me looks like you should connect the left leg of that resistor to ground.
Sorry, I checked again and realized that you connected it in the right way:XD:

I'd put something underneath the LDO. The underside is going to short out on a via. Also it looks like the solder blob on the input legs is touching the big 1.8v pad. If that shorted, you might have killed your memory

i have put tape under the LDO and the niput leg is not touching the 1.8v pads. on batteries i still reading 2.2 from the 1.8 side any ideas?
