Look at this on eBay

I'd like to know if I can use this screen for my project in particular if I can power it with 5v.
Edit 1: I decided to build my first Portable Wii and so far i have a few components such as:
7 inch screed with VGA
Wii 4 layers ( just 1 piece) and 6 layers 6 pieces i think
Charging board https://www.ebay.com/itm/311721987212
PTH 8080 WAH https://www.ebay.com/itm/324699632281
Pam 8803 clas D amplifier https://www.ebay.com/itm/312780290303
Controller board GC+ 2 also i have ashida pcb set

Now i already have an issue... I tryed to buy all the necesary items from DigiKey like buttons, speakers etc however they wouldnt sell to me since my mailing addres is a Freight Shipping address (Im workink on a ship where i am currently and thats the only waay to get them). So i canceled my order and now im looking for alternative solutions like buying the exact same items from another place or simply replace them with something else. For example instead of using the Ashida pcb set maybe someone can let me know where i can buy directly a pcb with buttons. Ive seen them everywhere on this forum but no link for them. For joystick i will use Nintendo Switch Joycons so i dont im covered on that end.

PS My plan was to build a portable based on Ashida but with a 7 inch screen and without those handles
PS2 Can i use PMS PD 2 in this configuration ? without RVL PMS

Video inputs would work, officially don't believe anyone has tested it so it would require some poking and prodding to find out if 5v can be wired to a point past the DC input jack it has been talked about briefly on discord. There should also be a variant with a different driver board that would work too.

This would be the other type of 7" at 800 600 that could accept a 5v input straight at the jack.

7" LCD 800 600

Thanks for the quick answer. I choosed this screen because of the price and more importantly because of the small board. The one that you linked has also an adapter and some fcc cable extra.

It's true there's more fpc but it doesn't hinder building a portable, I had a similar setup in my wiide-boy handheld and the display board in the link I gave was able to run on 3.3v so you're milage will vary with either option.
