Question Help with Wii VGA

So I am building an Ashida and I've wired everything up. When I turn it on, the screen lights up with AV2 and then goes black. I don't know if the Wii isn't booting or if I wired VGA incorrectly or something else. I am a beginner and I don't know much on this stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to switch the screen from composite to vga. You can add a button to the source pad and press until the little box says vga. Also, the motherboard could use a little clean up. Another thing is I’m not sure if you’ve connected the mode pin to 3.3v but you gotta do that to make it work.
