I recently got two 3d printed cases from PCBWay, but there’s kinda a problem. It seems the back half of the Ashida is too long because the screw posts don’t line up with the front. It’s kinda hard to capture, but trust me, both don’t fit. To make things worse, there’s already a portable in one of them, so it will kinda suck if I have to remove everything. I’ve tried finessing them together and failed.

any ideas?

Warping is pretty common with resin prints with thin walls like these portable shells. I would put it in hot water for a few minutes (obviously with nothing in the shells) then try and hold them together so they cool correctly. I haven’t had to do this with the white resin prints but several clear ones I’ve gotten needed some finessing

I understand that when you enter the data on PCBWAY, if you choose the resin, a message comes out that could cause deformations if you choose for example pla you will not receive this alert
