Should work if you think about it 21700s are basically 18650s just a bit more buff and bigger other technical specs are the same.

Thanks for the quick answer but id like to know if you think or know? And a follow up question : i can use only the 2s setup (2 batteries) or i can use 4 of them?

Yes, you can use 21700 cells with that board. They're functionally identical to 18650 cells, just bigger and more ＣＡＰＡＣＩＴＩＶＥ. Also you can use 4 cells in a 2S2P arrangement with that board. Just be aware that those boards charge at a max rate of 1A, so charge time will be ｌｏｎｇ. When I used 4 3400mAh cells with one it took like 10 hours to charge fully, so if you use 4 of those BIGG cells expect 15+ hour charge time from empty.

If you do go the 4 cell route, make sure to charge the cells fully first in separate pairs, then pair the cells with the closest voltages. Otherwise charge level imbalance will hurt your max play time, among other things.
