Question Batteries!

So... I just finished rereading the guide for making batteries for the 10th time cause I don't want to burn my house down. But, I would just like to be sure, I should use a CMB and 4 18650 2 parallel 2 series, right? In the guide, it says a good CMB is this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Intelligent...2S-Packs-18650-lithium-Satellite/311721987212 , but it says to get two of them, but if I'm using 2s2p shouldn't I only need 1? Also, where is the best place to get 18650s?

You only need to get 1 of them, correct. Depending on where you are there are different places to get 18650s, a good US seller is this one recommended by @GingerOfOz . If you are somewhere else there may be different sellers available nearby (as shipping can get tricky for batteries)
