Question Ashida not charging at 3A

I have been working on my first Ashida build off and on. Most everything is working. But, when I charge the unit it will only charge with ~0.5A. I cannot get it to charge with 3A. I am using chargers that deliver 15V @ 3A that I know work. (One of which is this one.) The unit is set to charge at 3008 mA. Am I missing something in my settings, or maybe there's a critical wire that needs to be a higher gauge than 22AWG? (I doubled up on the charge line between the USB-PD board and the PMS without luck.) I have tried reboots upon reboots. Removed the batteries and charged them externally, then put them back in the unit, ran the batteries down by playing, and still nothing. I even tried with a 18650 hooked up with some alligator clips, to make sure it wasn't my 21700s.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The input voltage current is not the battery current. With 15v .27A, the battery current would be around 2-3 A. So it's working as intended.
