I am slowly working on a new G-boy as my original one was done with what I had in hand back then.
This one will have the normal PCB for the front and back buttons, I will reuse my composite display and custom regs though.
I am also experimenting with primer, fillers and a sanding to make this one look better. Here are some pics of the front case with the work I done so far.
This is the result of sanding, then filling up with primer mixed with acetone.
And to finish it I used a filler spray can which looked amazing:
Will check it deeper tomorrow when it finishes drying.
