you can order it here, It's the same board as the yqwsyxl ut hdmi035 one just some connectors are on a different angle, but you need to desolder all of them so it's no issue.
Don't buy from Wisecoco, they charge a ridiculous amount for the 3.5" 640X480 LCD. Also, not all the driver boards configure the 3.5" panel the same way, so buying a standalone driver board is risky.

The problem he face is the same that I had. He lives in Europe. The only one that ships to Europe from AliExpress are Wisecoco. It's free shipping to Europe

That’s weird: they can deliver to Switzerland with only 5 CHF of delivery. It should be good to France too I think…
Otherwise, check this one. It’s a bit more expensive. But I was able to deliver it without any additional cost

Ok thanks for all your answers, I think I will take the board from Darkside19 because when I buy something from the USA I paid 20€ when it's at home.
For just take the pcb, it's the cheapest.
