Question Will this blow up?

If I used 2 of these batteries to power a raspberry pi 3b would it work or blow up? Sorry I don't know much about batteries.

None of this setup will work for you. You need a regulator that is capable of supplying 5V at 2.5A minimum, which this Adafruit board cannot do. If you want to use lithium batteries, you also need a BMS (battery management system) that can properly manage charging & discharging, ideally something that will handle power path management so you can safely charge the batteries while using the device.

Also, overheating li-ion cells by soldering directly to them can cause them to blow up. If you don't know how to solder to li-ion cells safely (trick statement there is no truely safe method), it's better to use battery holders instead. They're cheap, easy to find, and might save your butt

Thanks for the help guys! okay so i am now looking at this voltage regulator and battery regulator board for the same battery shown above and also this power management board that i dont think will work and am wondering if you could give an example of a good alternative. also yeah ill get a battery holder

Any reason why you're trying to homebrew this when you could use a decent quality 5V 2.5A powerbank instead?

Just make sure to not get a cheap chinesium one. You want a name brand, like Anker. The cheaper ones will drop voltage at high current draw which could cause the Pi to shutdown
