I was wondering if I can use the RVL-PMS lote with the G-boy.
will the RVL-PMS lite work with the G-boy?

You'll have to remix the design to be able to use it, PMS2/lite is smaller than PMS1 so it's not going to just slot in 
Someone might have already done this, maybe check around the forums, not sure myself if this has already been done. Otherwise I believe the intention is to release an official updated G-Boy design that utilizes the 4Layer boards, so maybe wait for that if theres no other option?

You can if you use the modified bottom case half from Dustin's project https://bitbuilt.net/forums/index.php?threads/g-boy-pcb-files.5054/post-55947. He moved the screwposts to match the PMS2/lite's footprint
