I am having issues with my Wii trim turning on. I wired up everything according to the guide and Including the u10 and the Wii will not turn on. I checked the voltages and everything was at 0 including the u10 wire to the PMS Lite, but the continuity for all of the connections are good. The batteries are also outputting a constant 3.6 volts, but nothing else is getting a reading. My only thoughts are that the u10 wire is bad, or that the wires on the battery holders are a bit too small, or my button is bad/wired up bad. I later wired 2 batteries up but the picture only displays 1, but it still will not turn on.

From what I can see, your joints are cold, you're exposing way too much wire, and solid core wire is not the correct kind for voltage supply. I'd increase the temperature of your iron and redo the voltage supply wiring with 22AWG stranded wire as step 1

What temp do you recommend? My iron is already at 400°C.

400c should be plenty if the tip is being heated correctly. Are you using leaded or lead free solder? Also, what flux are you using? A good no-clean tacky flux makes all the difference

Yeah earlier today I practiced using flux more often and it helped a lot. Thanks for the help!
