Question What's the V pad on the RVL-PMS 2?

The documentation on 4layertech.net doesn't mention the V pin on the RVL-PMS 2, located where all the PMS-PD connections are. In fact, it doesn't even show it on the board. Perhaps this is an older revision. I got this back in 2023, which I got along with the PMS-PD 2 Rev B, but that's also not showing the V through hole on the 4layertech.net documentation, or on the PMS-PD 2 itself. Is that the unused pin on the PD rev 2? I just want to test my fan, is this enough? I'm worried I might ruin something.

I believe the V pad is connected to the ADC expansion pin, which is currently used by the RVL-AMP to support analog volume control. The diagrams must not have been updated after it was added.

You can ignore the V pad unless you have an RVL-AMP and plan to use analog volume control.

Yeah, I actually plan to do exactly that with my RVL-AMP. Where would I connect it to the ADC expansion?

It's in the RVL-AMP documents list

Wire the volume pot as shown and set volume control to analog in RVLoader's settings
