Okay so ive noticed that my previous portable making endeavors ( very short lived ps2 and the n64 ds thing) both failed because i the first thing i do i just trim the board but thats not going to happen with this and i swear on it THIS DREAMCAST WILL LIVE I SAY

ok ive forgotten to update this for a bit because i made some progress:
basically i trimmed the board a bit, still works, i am ecstatic
