This year my secret santa was
@CrashBash which is somewhat fitting because I bought for him last year.
Everything came inside a big box which had a cooler inside it:
This thing is NOT small! I put a Thinkpad inside it for scale:
And there was LOTS of great stuff inside the cooler too:
Starting with the most obvious, in the bottom right is a very nice Uline throw blanket! This thing is really soft and thick! I'll definitely be making good use of it since Michigan winters are often very cold! Above that is an N64 carrying case that can fit at least one Cyxty Four inside, possibly two. To the left of that we have some very nice automatic salt and pepper grinders (batteries were included!) and a pallet of Uline sticky notes under that (because why not?).
To the left of all that, we've got three pair of Uline socks, each with their own unique parody logo. I especially love the "Tape Gun" one seeing how it's very on-brand for Uline in general. In the very bottom left, we have the sock I sent him last year; my wardrobe is now complete again! And to the right of that is a "Petit Block" brand of a buildable Tanuki figure. As someone who grew up playing with Lego, this one is also right up my ally!
Finally, there's the mini Megumin Nendroid figure (for reference, she's from "Kono Suba"). I've seen these figures online, and I've always been a huge fan of cutesier styles like this, but I've never really seen one in person that's so relevant to my interests like this. Last but not least, we've got a Mai Sakurajima figure (for reference, she's from "Bunny Girl Senpai"). This one is relevant to an inside joke between Crash, Cheese, and I, but it's also relevant to my interests seeing how the show does creatively explore quantum theory.
These were all GREAT and WONDERFUL gifts
@CrashBash ! All of these are either practical (which I think is extremely underrated in gift giving), or are relevant to my interests. It really was a wonderful blend of both, and I really can't thank you enough! You did NOT need to go this hard!
