Question Ps3 motherboard

I need help removing these chips I’m using a hot air gun set at 380 Celsius any help would be great thanks.

Without a pcb heater it can take several minutes with a hot air gun to heat it up enough to carefully remove them

Thanks for the fast reply I had it on for about 5 min and it was not budging should I leave it longer or higher the heat?

My suggestion would be putting it in the oven to get the whole thing up to temp

Regular oven same temperature?

For reflow you can just heat it to between 233 and 250 degrees Celsius, most will just do 240 degrees
